NILOTINIBThis medicine is used to treat a type of leukemia called Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph-positive CML), a blood cancer with abnormal production of WBC. In adult and pediatric patients, it is used in a patient who is newly diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) and those facing side effects from previous treatment. Additionally, it is also used in patients with no longer respond to the previous treatment including Imatinib.
