Nevivir (Nevirapine (200mg)) tablet is an antiviral belonging to the family of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor which is used to treat HIV – 1 infection in paediatric and adults. Nevivir tablet is also used in treating pregnant women since it prevents maternal-fetal HIV transmission who have not taken any other antivirals before. Nevivir tablet must be taken in combination with a low dose of other anti-HIV medicines.
